Acne Treatments That Work Overnight

Linda asks…

Do you rub in Clearasil Acne Treatment Cream?

I bought Clearasil Stayclear Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream and the instructions don’t say whether to rub it in or not… If you have this could you tell me what you do, and if what you do works? Also, should I leave it on overnight? And when I’m done, do I wash it off?

admin answers:

It burns a little.
The application time depends on the intensity of pimples you have.

What is the best drug store product to treat acne?

It seems like most drug store products don’t really work to fight acne. I have persistent acne, it’s not bad. just on my chin. I don’t feel like going to the dermatologist to get products. Is there a product/brand that really works?

Dana, let me save you some time. I spent months going through every different product only to find out this;

yes there are a few that work. Proactiv, Clearasil, Clean & Clear, Clarisonic, and Murad.. But here’s the problem. They only work for about a day, two days, or a week max!

Acne always came back.. And this time with a vengeance!
No matter how much proactiv I bought. Acne would show up on my face the next day.. It didn’t matter if I swam in a pool of proactiv.. Acne kept coming back again and again.

And I was absolutely sick and tired of battling with acne. Enough was enough. I wanted a real solution that got rid of acne. And kept it gone.

When I was just about to pull my hair out and give up my friend recommended Clear Pores. I never heard of it, but I tried it. And guess what? It works! I can tell you that it got rid of acne and kept it gone. It’s been over 7 months and I have not seen acne since. What worked for me was the 4 month complete Clear Pores system they offered.

My skin cleared up in the first 2 weeks, but the full complete system is what kept it gone ever since! And didn’t give it a chance to come back.

It’s got to flush out all the toxins, bacteria, and dead skin.. So it’s not an overnight process. But I can tell you it works! Is the best product I have ever used and is the only one to not only get rid of my acne, but keep it gone.

All the other acne products failed me because they only treated acne topically, (the skin), which is in essence treating the symptom and not the cause. If you want to get rid of acne for GOOD you HAVE to get to the root of the problem. This was the only product I found that fought pimples from the inside out, and came with three different acne fighting treatments to fight acne from all angles.. So it doesn’t have a chance!

I hope that helps!

What is a good skin treatment for dry skin & acne – thats also not to strong for sensitive skin?

I have a little bit of acne on my face I really want to get rid of. But I have really seinsitive skin. Everything I try from the store though is either too strong and causes dry skin, redness, irritation, etc or isnt strong enough.

Is there anything else I can try? And skin product reccomendations that will actually work? Or any home remedies that are safe for my really sensitive skin?

The worst thing about acne is the scars and the marks it leaves behind. Some of the scars tend to disappear with time but some are so grave that it can be disfiguring which may make our heart sink.

The post acne marks is the hyper pigmented or red marks and is called as the post inflammatory marks. These marks take at least 6-12 months to completely disappear. When these marks last longer than a year then it turns into a scar. A number of things could be done to reduce the redness and to quicken its pace to disappear. There are also a number of home remedies available. Following are some of them.

Rub lemon juice on the scar/marks. This will lighten the colour. Apply the juice and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Wash off your face and then apply a sun block lotion.

2) Make a paste of sandalwood powder, black gram powder and rose water. Apply it on the area and I possible leave it overnight. Wash it with cold water the next morning. If you find that it makes you skin too dry then add some milk into it.

If these tips did not work for you, do not lose heart you can still try some other tips. Good Luck!
