I had TONS of acne and I got rid of it without even seeing a dermatologist!
Here’s what i did:

1). I stopped eating chocolate and candy.
2) .I stopped eating junk food such as chips, fries and all those Fast Food crap.
3) .I started doing exercise at least 3 time a week (even though you sweat like crazy, your pores get cleansed)
4) .I started washing my face daily and finding products that had most effect on my skin. (drugstore products. Try ???)
5) .I started drinking 1 cup of green tea daily with NO sugar.
6). I started eating 3 meals a day regularly.
7) .I didn’t put foundation on and still don’t.
8). I was committed to all of those things above.

It took about 2 weeks until I started noticing results and in one month and a half my face was acne free. Try some of those things and maybe it will work for you too!

How to get clear skin in three weeks?

Please can you tell me how to get clear skin in three weeks? I feel ugly!

admin answers:

Start a skin care routine–cleanse, tone, moisturize.
Drugstore recommendations:
Cleanser- Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, Aveeno Positively Radiant Cleanser, Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, St. Ives Naturally Clear Green Tea Cleanser
Moisturizer- Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion, Aveeno PositivelyRadiant/ClearComplexion
Toner- Witch Hazel, Biore Blemish Treating Astrigent
*Clean&Clear has a product called Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. Apply it on your pimples, and it should disappear after one day or two. It worked on a lot of people.
*Cleanse your face first, and then tone if you have toner, and then moisturize. If you have dry skin, do this only at night before bed, and if you have oily skin, do this in the morning and at night. Use exfoliating scrubs like St. Ives Apricot Scrub/Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub or clay masks like Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask once or twice a week. If you have blackheads, I recommend Biore Pore Strips. If you have dark circles or puffy eyes, try Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Roller or ROC Multi-Correxion Eye Treatment. Make sure the products you use suites your skin type.

Make sure you follow these rules:
Drink plenty of water everyday.
Get enough sleep.
Change your pillowcases, blankets, sheets every 3-4 days.
Cleanse your face before and after sleep. (Or if you have dry skin, only before sleep.)
Moisturize after cleansing. (Moisturizing is important because when your skin is dry, your face produces more oil to retain moisture, and the oil causes clogged pores.)
Exfoliate once a week.
Avoid touching your face if your hands are not clean.
Exercise. (This promotes body circulation.)
Eat healthy foods. Avoid specially ones that are high in sugars, sodium, & calcium. (Green tea is a good antioxidant and it cleanse your system. It also lowers cholesterol.)
If you wear makeup, make sure you take them all off before you sleep.
Clean your makeup brushes regularly.
Make sure your hair is clean, specially the area that often makes contact with your face.

Good luck :D

How to make acne cysts stop hurting?

I have an acne cysts around the size of a quarter on my chin. =( It hurts so bad! Are there any home remedy’s to get rid of them and/or to make them stop hurting?? It’d be greatly appreciated.

admin answers:

I use to get acne cysts on my chin and no where else on my face. They were deep and sometimes lasted 2 weeks. I found a home remedy of apple cider vinegar and tried it, it cleared my chin up in 3 days. Get some apple cider vinegar and mix 1 part acv with 3 parts water, i.e. 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar and 6 tbsp. Water. Use a cotton ball to apply to your chin and let sit on your face for 10 minutes then wash off with warm water. Apply a non-comedogenic face lotion because the acv will dry your skin. You can get the face wash Phisoderm, which is pH balanced too. Regular soaps have a pH of 9-11 and the face is a 4.5-6 pH, so face soaps mess the pH of your face up and cause acne. My cysts were caused by a hormonal problem. The ACV has an acidic pH and helps keep bacteria from flourishing on your skin. It worked incredibly well for me. Good luck.
