Get Rid Of Acne Fast And Easy

Mark asks…

what is a good fast way to get rid of acne without buying a product?

what is a good fast way to get rid of acne without buying a product? With the economy in bad shape i need money for other things I really need but i REALLY want to get rid of it. I have moderate skin, little to no stress, and medium acne. I use this noxzema stuff and wash once before school and once before bed. (including when i take daily showers) I drink tons of water and eat lots of veggies. I just want to get rid of it!

My mom’s friend works for a skin care place and she takes care of my face now.

First off, you have to eat healthy. Less sweets. Less greasy food (it actually does affect your skin), a lot of water, no sodas.

Also get your heart pumping more. Sweat coming out of the pores help bring out the gunk inside acne.

Now for treatment, neutrogena does work, but dont use it too often. Even washing your face with cold water a few times a day can help and has helped me.

And wen you want to pop pimples, make sure they are READY to pop. And when they are, dont take two nails and pinch the top off. Thatll only cause pain and misery and wont get much out and will leave a scar.

Instead, get a clean thin piece of pin or needle ( sterilized, or washed well) and poke the acne. Then get tissues and squeeze the stuff out. Its fast and easy to pop pimples and they dont leave scars because all you left is a small hole instead of ripped skin.

What’s the fastest and easiest way to get rid of acne?

Please don’t recommend me using proactive, it made me break out even more!
I need something that’s fast and easy to use. I can’t use anything too harsh
because my skin is sensitive.
Right now, (In the winter) my skin is very dry.
But, in the summer, it gets oily.
I’ve been on neutrogina for a long time now, it works, but it doesn’t get rid of the redness.
Please help!

Here are a few tips that will help you know how to treat acne at home.

1. If you have red angry looking acne, don’t touch it. If you squeeze now, all you’ll do is force the contents deeper into the skin that will make matters worst. And all you’ll end up with is redder, angrier acne than you had before. Don’t do it.

2. If you have a yellow custard top? Go for it. These beauties CAN be squeezed but there’s an art to it. Here’s how. Wash your hands thoroughly to avoid trouble and infection. Put a tissue over your finger. Why? Because you want the contents of the spot on the tissue, not splattered all over the mirror. Using the side of your thumb and the end of your finger, very gently start to squeeze. Don’t whatever you do, use your nails as this will damage your skin. Stop when you’re applying a lot of pressure and nothing is happening and you see clear fluid, rather than yellow grotty stuff and the spot begins to bleed. When you’ve finished dab it with antiseptic. Once the custard bit is out, the spot will heal more quickly than an unsqueezed yellow top would, providing that you now leave it well alone. Now wash your hands again.

3. Whiteheads and blackheads. If acne is left untreated they may cause this problem. Here the rule is if they’re black, squeeze but if they’re small, white raised lumps leave them alone. All that stuff about clean hands, tissues and stopping if nothing is happening or you see blood, apply here too.

There are several ways to prevent acne and the most important aspect which needs attention is your personal hygiene. Everyone’s face is continually exposed to dust and dirt and other air pollutants, so it is essential to keep it clean.

Clean the face many times each day to remove excess oil, dead skin cells and environmental toxins. Make use of a light cleanser and an applicator that is not abrasive to avoid infuriating inflamed skin. Do not scrub the skin but use a soft cloth to clean and rinse the face properly. Use a clean, microbe free towel to wipe the face.

Another handy tip on how to prevent acne is to use one of the many over the counter acne cures who are available. Select one containing either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Benzoyl peroxide helps to dry out surplus oil from the skin and is an effective antibacterial agent.
