Blackheads on the nose are common in most people. Getting rid of them can be quite difficult, with most people using the wrong methods that causes serious damage to their pores. Clearing out your pores of the sebum oil which causes blackheads can be done in a couple of ways, lets take a look.

One popular way of clearing out the dirt is to use steam. You can either buy a face steamer which is shaped to fit around the mouth and nose area, this is what i used to do as the steam was more focused on the area we are looking to clean. You can also place your face over a bowl of steaming hot water and place a towel over your head to keep the steam enclosed. Take care when using this method, hot water and steam can be very dangerous.

Once you have steamed your nose area, you can simply now clean away the dirt by using warm water and cotton wool or a soft face cloth. Don’t get tempted to squeeze your blackheads, this will only cause problems for your skin including scarring and infections. You can use this method everyday if you wish, not only will it clear out the sebum plugs, but it will keep your skin soft and clean.

Another way of clearing blackheads from the nose is to clean the area with scrubs, made from natural products such as egg white, green tea and fresh mint. You can make these scrubs easily, here’s how.

1. Mix egg white with honey in a small bowl. Apply this mixture gently to the affected area with cotton wool. Wipe around the nose and cheek area leaving for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water. Be careful when using this method that you don’t let any uncooked raw egg into your mouth.

2. Green tea mixed with a small amount of water can be applied to the skin to try and eliminate your blackheads.

3. Fresh mint can also be made into a smooth paste with a little water. Simply apply this solution to the nose area, massaging in with cotton wool. You can do this a couple of times a week to help eliminate your blackheads.

These are just some simple ways of getting rid of your blackheads. Before trying any of these natural remedies, always try on a small area first. This is to make sure you don’t have any adverse affects to your skin.

How do you get rid of acne fast?

Don’t say wash your face, I do that TWICE a day. I have acne really bad too. I’ve tried proactiv, clean and clear, neutrogena, acnexus, zyporex, and murad. Please help, and don’t say anything about a diet because I know food doesn’t affect acne. Just products, tips, and home remedies maybe?

I’m so sorry to tell you, but there’s no such thing as getting rid of acne fast. It’s gonna take awhile. I just started using Clean&Clear Morning Burst Shine Control and it works pretty well. It keep your face from getting oily and shiny for pretty much most of the day. I also use Clean&Clear Sensitive Skin. I use it at the end of the day because it gets rid of the dirt, oil, and makeup. I just use it right before I go to sleep. And I also use Black Head Clearing Scrub (you can get all these at Wal-mart). Just use it while showering. And also try to use hot water while showering cause it opens up your pores so the products can get in and work better. And when you wash your face with just plain soap, use a wash cloth and scrub really hard. It might sting and bleed a bit, but it’ll look way better the next day.
And the number one rule:
DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE. KEEP YOUR HANDS AWAY FROM YOUR FACE. Just think about it you use your hands for everything, and practically everything has germs. And when you touch your face you just pass that bacteria from your hand to your face.
Just follow these tips, and you should see improvement. Don’t expect it to happen over night though. Because, I’ve been doing this for about four weeks, and I just recently started seeing improvement. But. Good luck!

P.S
On huge pimples try using toothpaste and add water and rub it in. It’s definitely gonna sting, but trust me its worth it.
