Stress can affect hormones and can theoretically promote acne.
Here are some home remedies that can help but do not mix them together.
1) Tea Tree Oil- An essential oil is diluted and applied topically to acne lesions.
2) Lemon oil or juice – Applied lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to face or you can drink it through using it in water a few drops a day. You can leave overnight don’t expose yourself to sunlight. Will help with both acne, and scars as well.
3) Mandarin oil
4) Cedar wood – good for eczema
5) Lavender
6) Apple cider vinegar
7) Bamboo extract or Sarna lotion – good for rosacea, psoriasis, eczema 8) Bio Oil or BB cream for dark spots or scars
9) Toothpaste is very effective for acne leave on face for about 20 to 30 minutes then wash.
10) Zinc really works on acne
11) 2% Erythromycin
12) Benzoin Peroxide
13) Neem oil- good for acne, psoriasis, eczema, skin ulcers (taken either orally or externally)
14) Hydrogen Peroxide 3% – It can help to dry out acne by killing bacteria on the skin.Soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide and apply it either to the acne breakouts on your face. You also may opt to apply hydrogen peroxide to your entire face to help prevent future breakouts. Allow the hydrogen peroxide to do its job — wait until the bubbling stops in approximately a minute or two. Rinse your face with water. Apply an oil-free moisturizer to prevent skin from drying out.
15) Vitamin B3- also known as niacin. It promotes healthy skin, can be utilized as an acne treatment.
16) Retinoid- increase collagen production and plump fine lines, making it a good choice if you’re dealing with acne and wrinkles.
17) Sulfur- dries up pimples and keeps sebum production in check, helping to prevent future blemishes. Sulfur has a distinct smell think rotten eggs.

This is something I use every day and I got rid of my cystic acne and my eczema. I really recommend this.
Neem oil: It is powerful antiviral and antibacterial properties, beneficial to those who suffer from various skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, eczema, skin ulcers, helps one treat hair related problems like dandruff and itchy scalp. Dental care products like toothpaste, mouth washes and rinses all use the neem oil’s antiseptic properties to keep teeth health and gums free of infection. Other benefits also include its use in household items like mosquito repellents, disinfectants and personal hygiene products. If you like you can purchase at Lucy Vitamin or in health food stores. It is the same price as some of the acne medications, either prescribe or over-the-counter.

What is a quick and easy way to get rid of pimples?

I have like 4 or 5 in between my eyebrows, some around my nose, and some on my chin. I need an easy way to help get rid of them without an acne product. I have tried soap and water but it didnt really work. Maybe i did it wrong? Any suggestions?

Well if you are using bar soap, that’s way too harsh for your face. A gentle face wash with an alpha hydroxy would be better. Gently scrub your face for 1 full minute before rinsing.

To get rid of zits faster, try wetting a Q-tip with eye drops holding it to the zit for 30 seconds or so. The ingredient that makes your eye’s less red will do the same to your skin. I heave heard that toothpaste (paste not gel) will help reduce the swelling. I like to use a clay face mask dabbed on the spot overnight. By morning the swelling is down and it’s looking less obvious.

The contraption I found that kills zits immediately is the Zeno. It’s kind of expensive at $100 but I have fallen in love with it. If I zap the zit quick enough, it’ll be gone by the next day. I saved my sister-in-laws skin in time for her wedding to my brother. She was so thankful to not have the giant zit brewing on her forehead for her big day.

Myself, I use the Zeno at first sign, then put on a dab of clay face mask over night. If it’s still looking obvious in the morning, I’ll use the eyedropeye drops

Do you want to cure acne naturally? Acne can have a devastating effect on a person’s life; destroying their self-confidence and self worth. It can present itself at any time in life, however, it’s most commonly associated with teenagers and is amongst one of the worst skin disorders a anyone can have.

During my teenage years I had acne and tried what I thought was everything to get rid of it but nothing seemed to work. I don’t know what caused it, it could have been anything. Some said it was caused by eating excessive amounts of chocolate and candies, food additives, sweating, stress and a myriad of other things that may or may not have been the cause of my acne.

What I do know is that acne occurs when you have too much oil in your skin, this in turn clogs up your pores. The pores then become infected, the infection then turns to swelling red pimples, better known as acne.

Blackheads are pores partially blocked by dead skin cells or excessive oils. This means the pores are still open and not infected, which is why they usually don’t hurt unlike the swelling red pimples.

If you want to keep your cure acne naturally you need to learn to control the amount of excessive oils found on the affected area. The reason for some teenage acne can be attributed to hormonal changes in the body producing oils which can often be found in your hair. This being the case it’s vital to keep your hair clean to reduce the onset of acne around the shoulders and head.

During my teenage years I had acne on my face and shoulders and also had extremely oily hair. I finally got rid of it after I’d cut my hair and started using a medicated shampoo. Nothing the doctors prescribed to me had worked in the past but this combined with keeping my face clean with a mild soap and some warm water worked really well.

Another reason for the spreading of acne is popping your pimples. As you pop the pimple the white substance that comes out all over your skin tends to block even more pores spreading the infection even further. The best thing you can do is leave them alone to disappear of their own accord.

Acne is also a common side effect of medications. If you’ve followed the advice above for a while and your acne is showing no signs of reducing then it’s time to talk to your family doctor to find out whether or not this is one on the side effects and possibly seek an alternative medication.

For more tips on how to cure acne naturally click the links below. In conclusion, Acne is caused by excessive oils and dead skin blocking your pores and also as a side effect of certain medications. Popping your pimples will usually spread the infection further, but keeping your hair and skin clean will help keep the acne at bay.
