What is the quickest way to get rid of acne?

I Don’t have any money. i need ways to get rid of acne, but no fancy stuff. like, i scrub my face everytime i shower. but i dont think it is enough. i am getting it bad up on my forehead. but no one notices it cause i have bangs. =) i need help!!!! Please & Thankyou.

Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

I want to know how to get rid of acne without paying the price. It is really annoying finding pimples on your face.

Drink a lot of water!! I’ve been doing that and its working try not to stress out too much over things. Pillowcases hold dirt/drool from your face so if you slept on oneside of the pillow night 1 turn to the backside for night 2 and then change the pillowcase (dermotologist told me this) if you can wash your hair often so the oils dont come down to your face.. Wash your face with a gentle facial wash (nothing that makes it too dry or else more pimples will erupt) moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer. If you have blackheads i recommend you buy clean and clear’s blackhead eraser its not too expensive and works well!
