Treatments For Acne On Back

Nancy asks…

How can I reduce my acne?

I shower once every other day(Usually about a twenty minute shower), and I shave right after the shower, using some thick lather shaving cream, and then I rinse with lukewarm water and apply an oil free face lotion. Every night and morning I wash my face with warm water, pat dry with a towel and apply Clean & Clear spot treatment acne cream where I need it, and I change my pillowcase every two days, flipping it over nightly so I have a fresh side to sleep on every night. I try to sleep on my back but nine times out of ten end up on my side. I eat mostly healthy food, but lots of protein and I do have a small sweet tooth.
How can I get rid of my acne? It’s not serious, but I have maybe three or four visible spots on my forehead, a small cluster on each of the edges of my jawline, two on my chin and several around the corner or my mouth, my upper lip and around me nose. How can I get rid of these?

I shower once a day……and “wash” my face twice a day….. Before, i used proactive (didnt improve anything for me) … Then stopped and started using st.ives apricot scrub (blemish and blackhead control) that worked pretty well, but since im a girl, i did use face makeup which also contributed to my acne. So my face still wasnt improving. Now what i do, is i gently wash my face with warm water and just a washcloth, then at night i use a cotton ball and apply rubbing alcohol to my problem areas… And use an oil free moisturizer… The redness instantly goes down, but i do recommend using moisturizer because if u use this treatment too often it could dry ur face out. (I havent had much of a problem but i have oily skin.. This also does help oily skin. It keeps my face non oily and not shiny all day :) and i dont have to use makeup anymore. So i do recommend st.ives apricot scrub or just a really simple treatment like rubbing alcohol or lemon juice.

What is the best treatment option for Acne Keloidalis?

What is the best treatment option for Acne Keloidalis? Does it occur on the chest, face shoulder and wrist beside the head?

admin answers:

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem dot com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.

How much will I be expected to pay for Acne N-lite treatment?

I live in the uk and I have Acne scarring on my back and chest. Im thinking of getting N-lite treatment done but don’t know how much it will cost. If its expensive is there any other alternative reasonable priced treatment for acne scarring in the uk.

admin answers:

N-Lite costs around £50 per treatment, and youd probably only need one session. There are other products available nowadays.microdermabrasion costs around the same price and is equally effective.or if the scarring isnt too bad you could use vitamin e oil, or a product containing it such as bio oil, which is great for all skin ailments, especially scarring.
