I reaaaaallllllyyy need something to get rid of the acne scars on my face -they’re very visible since my skin is pale white….. so, can someone please tell me honestly what works best for acne scars?

Licorice soap. And papaya soap
I personally use this http://cgi.ebay.com/Melasma-Freckle-Treatment-Lightening-Bleaching-Cream-S-/370097151748?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Skin_Care_test&hash=item562b825f04
It helps if you just put it on the scars. You should notice an improvement within a week.

What will tanning do to acne scarring?

I have minor acne scarring on my face. I am going to begin spending a lot of time in the sun due to sports and it being summer, and me being outside. I wear sunblock and a moisturizer with SPF 15 in it. Will me becoming tanner do anything to my acne scarring? Will it make it worse?

Does clean start face wash remove acne scars?

I noticed that the clean start face wash gets rid of your pimples but does it also with acne scars?

admin answers:

Unlikely. Try and avoid scars by not squeezing or picking at pimples…

If the scar is red or swollen, use an over-the-counter cortisone cream to calm the skin. The cortisone is absorbed and reduces inflammation.

There are ingredients to look for over-the-counter that help lighten hyperpigmentation. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from bearberry extract, and even vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to look for in over-the-counter lightening creams

Unfortunately, there is no over-the-counter treatment that can fill in the indentations of atrophic acne scars.
