@conversegurl55 i keep using the proactive system it last for a long time but sometimes in a month i don’t use it so my face can rest from it, and you have to buy your own supplies they last a really long time inspite of their size

@TheWIGGLELOVER sometimes your problem may be from the inside than outside, like ur hormones and problems like that! I started to see a difference the first day!

Another tip guys, do NOT use proactive right out of the shower, after shaving, or after play sports. Wait at least have an hour, then use it.

I never used the mask, because I simply didn’t find it necessary. I think it has sulfur though, if I am not mistaken. So it would be effective, but if you use the regular 3 steps of Proactiv, you should be just fine. 
@professionalblogger I i had the same question and i found out. you use it right after the cleanser, then follow with the toner and repairing treatment if its nighttime
@cjenniferlynn you use the refining mask after the 1st step. You should have gotten a paper with your order telling you the steps for all products
@cjenniferlynn To be honest, I am not sure. I never used the mask, as you can get rid of your acne just fine without it. I would call Proactiv support. But it would be my best guess that you would use it BEFORE you apply the 3 steps, since you don’t want to wash off the 2nd or 3rd step of the 3-step system.
When do you use the refining mask i’ve been using the 3 steps first then applying the mask leaving on for 10 min rinse and done I don’t know if this is correct I get the over night thing just don’t know if I should use the mask before or after the 3 steps like I am doing HELP
I dont have bad acne, but i used it, 2nd day in, i used it 3 times yesterday and like 1 mini pimple came. no worries tho, i barley have acne just want to get rid of all the little blemishes
@H4rdstyl30wns I answer all of these questions in a number of different videos and posts on my website. Wash your face 2 times a day. As for your face feeling ‘lotiony,’ that’s just how it goes man. You gotta get used to it.
I dont get it, i thought drying your skin out from overwashing causes it to become more oily. But you say to wash your skin twice a day if it is oily? What should i do. And also if i put on the repairing lotion in the morning then my face feels all lotiony, should i put on less? how much do you put on

@jacketdancer Yes. Just be sure it’s non-comedogenic meaning that it WILL NOT clog pores.

i use it once a day everyday, and i dont scrub, i gently put the first step on, but my skin is still horrible.
ugh i have blemishes and i uses proactive every freakin day just once so im not over using it soo y do i still have acne i stop scrubbing since i seen ur video like 3 months and i still have acne ugh =(
i use proactiv 2 times a day. my skin is becoming dry, but i have been using it for about a year. sometimes i still get breakouts, and im consistent. im afraid to only use proactiv once a day because then i might break out…
can i use a moisturizer after applying the third step even thought im not gonna be using the green tea moisturizer??
What is the deal with that extra green tea like the tube that is all white and you put on your face and leave it for 10 mins before washing off. The thing not part of the 3 steps…I never get what that is for. I always use the 3 steps and they work great on their own.
