@MrNickoPicko The olive oil helps to soothe sensitive skin and hydrates the skin (its also for anti aging). It won’t promote the grown of pimples if used along with apples and sugar. Yes, it has to be Extra Virgin olive oil. The more pure the olive oil, the better ^^. Try it for 1 week and if you don’t notice and improvement, then stop ^^. You can try mixing sugar and lemon juice to create an acne fighting scrub as well. Its SUPER effective if you find the apple scrub doesn’t work
