@faffibo You’re right… sleep deprivation, stress and your emotions all effect your skin and acne! that’s why it’s important to be healthy all around.
stress definately affects my acne. During midterms or the night before a test my skin breaks out alot and looks pallid. This could also be just do to sleep deprivation but Im pretty sure it has something to do with it. I also think when your stressed you don’t feel great about yourself, and when you feel ugly it can make you break out. I don’t know, just a thought…
@ipinkhearted Let me put it this way… Stress will always make your acne worse! It will never help acne… or health at all. In fact, stress is one of the biggest causes of disease in america! stress causes a hormonal imbalance which causes more and stress also slows the healing process as well meaning your skin won’t heal and recover from acne as quickly.
Stress doesn’t always cause acne but it can make it worse

meditation, yoga… juggling and deciding not to become stressed are all great! Keep them in mind
