Eating the right foods can help clear your acne. Also, all of these acne clearing recipes and diet tips work for losing weight and maintaining weight loss as well. Ingredients: 2 lbs ground turkey meat 3 egg whites 1 cup oats 1 small onion minced 3-5 celery stalks diced 2 T hot sauce (optional) 2 carrots peeled and minced 2 T minced garlic 1/2 t cumin 2 t dry yellow mustard 2 T garlic powder 1 T onion powder Mix all ingredients in a big bowl Coat muffin pan with coconut oil Pre-heat oven to 275 F Ball up the meatloaf mixture and place in muffin pan. Bake 2 hours Remove from pan and store as needed. Stores in fridge for up to a week. Oh yes, one last thing, ENJOY!
